  • 1.4-acre site with two structures: A former Motel/Restaurant and former Convenience Store.

 

  • Motel/Restaurant: Two Story, 14,690 sq ft.

  • Convenience Store: Two Story, 2,560 sq ft.

  • Property previous had pump stations, and underground fuel storage tanks which have been removed.

​

  • Located on a high traffic thoroughfare with easy access to I-90, close to Canada.

 

  • Existing water and sewer hook ups can be retrofitted during redevelopment.

Remediation

  • Total Project Cost Is estimated at $135,000.

 

  • Grant awarded from NCBDC to address site contamination.

 

  • Remediation included asbestos abatement, contaminated soil removal, and removal of former fuel piping.

 

  • Cleanup completion expected by Summer 2024.
